Welcome to Maria’s Kitchen. We are a small, local independent catering trailer with massive ambition to grow from strength to strength. All our food is locally sourced from Colchester and the surrounding areas. Our menus are small and compact to start, that’s because each item has been tried and tested. with great feedback along the way, our menus will expand as we grow.
